Return Policy – Trendy United

RETURNS THAT WE OFFER "FREE RETURN SHIPPING"

We will gladly accept and offer Free Return Shipping back to us for the return requests with following reason.

1. When buyer received different apparel item other than originally ordered apparel item

We accept returns for any apparel item within 30 days from the date of receipt if buyer received different item which sent by seller's mistake. All items must be in their original condition. Such items that meet our policy are eligible for full refund (Cost of Merchandise + Original Shipping Cost + Sales Taxes, if any).

2. When buyer received defected apparel item

We accept returns for apparel item within 30 days from the date of receipt if there were defect upon the receipt of product. Item must be in their original condition. Any apparel that have obvious evidence of intentionally damaged can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when packaging is damaged and Trendy United is not responsible for returning such apparel item back to you. This will be determined by the Trendy United staff. All returns must come with the original package. When approved by Trendy United staff, apparel item are eligible for full refund (Cost of Merchandise + Original Shipping Cost + Sales Taxes, if any).

RETURNS THAT CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST

Any other reason, such as change of mind, buyer ordered wrong sized or item

Any unworn, unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Item must be in their original condition. Any apparel that have obvious evidence of intentionally damaged can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when packaging is damaged and Trendy United is not responsible for returning such apparel item back to you. This will be determined by the Trendy United staff. All returns must come with the original package. When approved by Trendy United staff, apparel item are eligible for partial refund (Cost of Merchandise + Sales Taxes, if any). The charged original shipping fee is not refundable in this case.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return(1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

EXCHANGE

We are sorry but we do not accept exchanges at this time. We recommend you to return your originally ordered item first and place a new order for the item you wish to get.
